Mikel Arteta & co. have received a major boost ahead of their Europa League quarter-final first-leg against Slavia Prague on Thursday as fitness doubts Emile Smith-Rowe, Bukayo Saka and Granit Xhaka all involved in first-team training session on Tuesday.

The trio missed Saturday’s defeat to Liverpool, with Xhaka absent due to illness and Smith-Rowe and Bukayo Saka nursing hip and hamstring issue respectively.

In their absence, Arsenal suffered 3-0 defeat to Liverpool and manager Mikel Arteta and rest of his team will been keen to welcome them back for the first-leg of Thursday’s Europa League quarter-final with Slavia Prague at Emirates Stadium.

Saka, Smith-Rowe and Granit Xhaka also involved in final preparations on Wednesday afternoon and according to club official website trio are available for selection but Martin Odegaard doubt for tomorrow clash.

Meanwhile, Kieran Tierney, who sustained ligament damage to his left knee during Saturday’s match against Liverpool, doubt tomorrow selection and is expected to out at least four to six weeks.

Also Mikel Arteta’s side will definitely be without David Luiz for the tie, with the Brazilian defender undergoing surgery at the weekend to solve a knee issue.

According to the club official website, Luiz will be back to full fitness and available for selection in the upcoming weeks.
