Despite Mikel Arteta’s men suffered defeat to their local rivals Tottenham Hotspur, there’s a lot of positive vibes from some Gunners players, one of them is Albert Sambi Lokonga, who delivered eye-catching performances in middle of park against Nuno Espirito Santo’s men.

The 21-year-old midfielder, who joined the north London club from Anderlecht as a relatively unknown, starting establish himself as pivotal player under Mikel Arteta after produced solid performances during pre-season campaign.

With Thomas Partey’s injury, he was picked to start alongside Granit Xhaka against Spurs, and the 21-year-old showcasing good impression in middle of park before substitute in 73 minutes of the game.

Lokonga, 21, showed excellent ball control in the centre of the park, and he just displaced one of his 32 passes attempted in the opening half of the clash against Tottenham Hotspur.
