Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel was seen laughing at Thiago Silva and Jorginho after pair pay visit to Cobham with new eye-catching hair style this morning.
The Blues pair, who made returned to Cobham early this week, unveiled their bold new hair colours in club’s training base, as Thomas Tuchel’s men put through their paces ahead of Super Cup shutdown against Villarreal next Wednesday.
Jorginho and Silva dyed their hair on bright blonde, and despite their case silver look attractive, Ziyech admitted he doesn’t like that style but the Brazilian defender took his official Instagram account, to proud of his case silver.
The 36-year-old wrote:’Um monte de jogador lançou o Cabelo Cremoso no Brasil, não me segurei, me juntei com a @brahmacerveja e @arielreidoblindado e lancei aqui na Europa bem no dia da cerveja. Quero ver quem vem comigo e também participa do movimento para resgatar a cremosidade do futebol.’
Mason Mount, Reece James, Ben Chilwell, Cesar Azipilicueta, and Andreas Christensen were also pictured as work towards match fitness after their summer break.
The Blues player were back on club training pitch following their 2-2 draw against Tottenham Hotspur, with focus now turn to their first competitive fixture of the season next week when they face Europa League winners Villarreal in the UEFA Super Cup on Wednesday in Belfast.
Before jet off to Belfast, Thomas Tuchel has confirmed that side will play a in-house behind closed doors match to gain fitness and the match is expected to hold tomorrow morning.
Speaking to Chelsea FC, Tuchel confirmed his plans ahead of Super Cup Shutdown: ‘The guys who played today (against Tottenham) we will keep on training, said the German coach.
‘The guys who’ve been with us since the first day, they are done with two training sessions a day, there will be no more doubles for them. But for the group, like Thiago [Silva], Mason Mount, Jorginho, they will have double sessions, tomorrow, Friday.
‘On Saturday morning we have an in-house game to give them some minutes. Sunday is off for everybody and from Monday we more or less start the preparation for [the Super Cup] Wednesday’.
Mason Mount, Reece James, Ben Chilwell, Thiago Silva, Jorginho, Emerson Palmieri, Cesar Azipilicueta and Andreas Christensen yet to get any minutes for Chelsea this summer, due to just returned to Cobham earlier of this week.
But all them expected to take part in-house match on Saturday morning as Thomas Tuchel and his staff working on getting their side’s to back to full fitness before jet off to Belfast to lock horns with Villarreal in the UEFA Super Cup final at Windsor Park on August 11.
