Hakim Ziyech has already started to show what Chelsea supporters can expect from him next season with some impressive displays in training.
RB Leipzig forward Timo Werner followed, signing for Chelsea early in the summer. The German striker also signed a five-year contract for a fee of around £53 million.
And Chelsea are not done there, with the club working hard to complete a deal for highly-rated Leverkusen midfielder Kai Havertz, as well as being linked with names such as Ben Chilwell, Sergio Reguilon and Jan Oblak.
It seems the first signing of the summer has made an impression on fans after a clip emerged from training ahead of the Champions League round of 16 tie with Bayern Munich on Saturday evening.
The 27-year-old is shown putting a deep cross into the box for the striker to head into goal.
Ziyech of course, won’t be available for selection for that match, but fans have been left excited by a potential partnership with Olivier Giroud or Timo Werner ahead of next season.
Hakim Ziyech scored six times and provided a further 13 assists in 21 Eredivisie appearances for Ajax this season.
The 27-year-old also provided three assists in one Champions League match against Chelsea back in November, with the game ending in a 4-4 draw.
Chelsea fans and strikers will be hoping that the player can replicate that form at Stamford Bridge next season.
