Chelsea are increasingly hopeful of concluding a deal with Leicester City for Ben Chilwell ahead of the next campaign.
The 23-year-old left-back has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge and talks are ongoing between the two clubs as Blues clear favourites to sign the England star ahead of Manchester City.
Though content at Leicester, Ben Chilwell is open to the move and the prospect of playing Champions League football while Chelsea believe they can agree what would be considered a reasonable fee for the 23-year-old left-back.
Chelsea are upgrading their squad with arrival of Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner while talks ongoing with Bayer Leverkusen too over a fee for Kai Havertz, who is reportedly interested in switch to Stamford Bridge this summer.
