William Saliba was once again produčed series of impressive display in back-line unit last weekend, as he help Marseille recorded clean sheet in mouthwatering encounter Paris Saint-Germain.
The Frenchman, who joined the Ligue 1 side from Arsenal on a season-long loan deal, was starting at right-centre-back in a back four against a PSG front four of Mbappe, Messi, Neymar, and Di Maria.
Despite PSG four’s front-line, Saliba, 20, produčed series of impressive display. The Frenchman was strong in the duels, confident in possession, and he made a couple of vital defensive interventions.
One of the moment of magic display of Saliba came when Messi played a through ball to Mbappe on the counter. The young forward appeared to be racing through on goal, but Saliba kept up alongside him just long enough to put in an excellent sliding tackle.
