Mikel Arteta reveal Arsenal transfer plans as Gunners want Dybala, Fekir, Coutinho, Solomon, Emerson & Odegaard

Mikel Arteta has admitted that Arsenal have already started planning for the summer transfer window, with the Gunners in the process of lining up potential target.

Despite the arrival of Gabriel Magalheas, Thomas Partey and Willian in 2020 summer transfer window, Mikel Arteta’s side still struggling in Premier League, sitting nine position on league standings with 42 points.

Potential of recruit are already underway since winter window, in which saw the Gunners chief shipped out likes of Mesut Ozil, Shkodran Mustafi and Sead Kolasinac while bringing in Martin Odegaard from Real Madrid on loan.

And with month until the window reopens at the end of the season, Mikel Arteta has claimed plans are already in place for an active summer, with Gunners target alot talented players to improve their squad with including Paulo Dybala anf Nabil Fekir.

‘We are planning everything for the summer, the same with the board, with [chief executive] Vinai [Venkatesham], with [non-executive director] Tim [Lewis], and with the owners,’ the Gunners boss told Sky Sports.

‘We are very clear on how we want to do it.

‘When you have to change 10 or 12 things in one window [as in January] it’s a lot, and that has some consequences with what has happened in previous months and what is going to happen in the following months.

‘We still have quite a lot of things to do, but we will get to the point, hopefully, where it’s just ticking off a few things and the stability is there, because you need that as well to be consistent and be competitive.’

Arsenal are in market for left-back back-up while strengthen of middle park and attacking lineup remains priority in upcoming summer transfer window.

Martin Odegaard, who brought quality, composure and an ‘incredible’ work-rate to Mikel Arteta’s side since joined the club on temporary deal from Spanish champions Real Madrid in January, remains club top wishlist ahead of summer.

The Gunners are keen on making his short-term deal permanent at the end of the season, but they are concerned about the prospect of getting the deal over the line.
