Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has assure the club supporters across the continent should expected a stronger squad by the end of the January transfer window.

Last summer, the north London club were big spender, with the Gunners signed sixth talented players with £150million.

The Gunners haven’t plan to spend in winter window before, but Lacazette and Nketiah situation included short options in midfield pushing the club board back in market.

The Gunners boss want new centre-forward and midfielder, and reports in recent days suggested that Fiorentina sensation Dusan Vlahovic and Palmeiras midfielder, Danilo dos Santos remains top target for the north London club.

The reports explain in details that, Mikel Arteta’s side have already a bid for Danilo dos Santos while ready to launch £42million for Vlahovic, who shone in Serie A this season with 16 goals in 19 appearances.

The Gunners boss explained: ‘We want to improve our squad in every transfer window and we want to have a better squad-balance in every window.

‘We have a leadership team that is in constant communication. Edu [Arsenal’s Technical Director] and I talk every single day and share all the ideas on the players we have, all the opportunities using full charts. We go through all the markets and the opportunities.

‘We are very aligned, not only with him but the directors and ownership. I am always optimistic [we will achieve our targets].’
