Arsenal have reportedly made a new offer of £50million for Fiorentina sensation Dusan Vlahovic.
According to the The Mirror, Mikel Arteta’s side included Lucas Torreira as part of a potential deal for the 21-year-old, who has scored 23 goals in 19 games this season.
Toerreira is currently playing alongside Vlahovic, on loan from the Gunners.
With Lacazette and Nketiah set to leave the club when their contract expires this summer, and Aubameyang falling out of favour, Arsenal are in market for a new centre-forward.
And supporters are growing increasingly excited by the prospect of landing Vlahovic before the transfer window closes at the end of January.
Fiorentina had been hoping he would put pen to papaer on a new contract with his current deal expiring next year.
However, they have also admitted that they are open to offers.
Club director Joe Barone told Mediaset: ‘We’re open to consider all the proposals we’ll receive for Vlahovic.
‘No bid is on the table right now. We’ve not received any official offer. Let’s see if some proposal will arrive.’
