Timo Werner was once again produced impressive performances in the international duty after inspired Germany to beating North Macedonia 4-0 in the World Champions qualifying match at ToŇ°e Proeski Arena in Skopje, on Monday evening.

The 25-year-old striker has been flourishing for Germany under manager Hansi Flick, as he bagged two lovely goal against Macedonia to extend his tally to five goals in his previous four outings for the national team.

The Blues frontman showed no lack of confidence with the nature of his goals last night, the first an unstoppable half volley from the centre of the area, and the 2nd a sumptuous bending effort from the left-hand side.

Werner has been struggled for playing time with the Blues after Romelu Lukaku’s arrival, but in recently weeks the Germans star feature alongside Lukaku in the Blues front-line.

Before the international break, Werner showcased series of impressive display in Chelsea’s last two league games, especially against Southampton.

The Germany international, who played out wide against Saint’s, produced eye-catching display. His first lovely goal was ruled out due to Cesar Azipilicueta’s foul before made the difference with the key second goal at 1-1.
