Chelsea have been offered Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez on loan with a potential option to buy next summer, according to reports.
Saul, who establish himself as one of the best midfielder in La-Liga in the last three seasons, expected to leave Atletico this summer with Diego Simeone making it clear that the door is open if he wants to leave.
It’s understood that, Manchester United in the negotiations in a bid to take him to England this summer, but reports by Spanish outlet AS, confirmed Chelsea hold the advantage over the Red Devils in secured the signature of talented midfielder.
On, the other hand, reports by Goal, Saul has been offered to Chelsea on loan with an option to buy set at in between £34 million and £40 million.
Last week, Italian transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, confirmed Chelsea will decided on buy a new midfielder this week, with Saul, 26, consider as player Thomas Tuchel interested in bringing in to Stamford Bridge.
And with N’Golo Kante’s injury concerns and the mass amount of games that the Blues will play this season, Saul potential arrival at Stamford Bridge on a temporary deal this summer, could be best for Thomas Tuchel’s squad.
Jules Kounde, meanwhile, has reportedly agreed personal terms with Chelsea ahead of join the European champions before the end of this month.
The Sevilla centre-half has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in recent weeks, with boss Thomas Tuchel still keen to strengthen his back-line options before the end of this summer.
The Blues have already made signature effort in bid to land Kounde, by offered player-plus-cash but Sevilla insist on paying full release clause which worth £68million.
However, according to Fabrizio Romano, Kounde has agreed personal terms with Chelsea, while the Blues working on strike the deal with Sevilla before the end of this month.
