Mikel Arteta & co. will welcome their local rivals Tottenham Hotspur to Emirates stadium on Sunday evening in the Premier League matchday six of the season.

The Gunners play hosts to their neighbours in white, as Mikel Arteta seeks momentum from his team and make it three consecutive win in the Premier League this season.

Mikel Arteta’s men are in a good run of form, and without the rigours of European football this term, their fitness levels have been at optimum levels.

After a disastrous start to their season that saw Arteta’s men lose their opening three league games, they have restored some pride by winning consecutive matches against Norwich City and Burnley.

The Gunners also book their place in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup after a convincing win over AFC Wimbledon in mid-week, and they manage to beat Spur with a two-goal advantage, Mikel Arteta’s men might find themselves above their rivals in the table.

Ahead of first north London derby of the season, Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta will have his whole pool of players to choose from for this game, with Mohamed Elneny and Granit Xhaka and rest of first-team available for selection.

Elneny has recently been out injured, and the Egyptian returned to training earlier this week while Xhaka could return to action after the Swiss midfielder served his three-game domestic ban.

Xhaka likely to partner Partey in the middle of park for Arsenal against Spur, with will allowing Emile Smith-Rowe and Martin Odegaard to attack, while likes of Gabriel, White, Tierney and Tomiyasu could retain their place in the hearts of Arsenal defence.

Aaron Ramsdale, who produced solid display against Norwich and Burnely likely to retain his place against Spurs and the Englishman could hope of continue his good run of form by record another clean sheet.

Nicolas Pepe and Bukayo Saka could partner Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in Arsenal’s attacking lineup against Tottenham Hotspur and trio could hope of fire the Gunners to three consecutive league win of the season.
