According to Italian transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea are pushing on land Jules Kounde from Sevilla while also eyeing a sensational move for Atletico Madrid star Saul Niguez.
After secured the signature of Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan in a region of £98million, Thomas Tuchel still keen to strengthen his squad with potential arrival centre-half and a midfielder before the end of this month.
And it’s understood that, Sevilla’s Jules Kounde and Atletico’s Saul Niguez are via as primary target for the area were mentioned above, with the German coach wants to strengthen his squad with quality players.
However, according to Italian expert journalist Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea are working on Kounde deal while will also decided in the next few whether to buy a new midfielder or not.

Chelsea have already made signature effort in bid to land Kounde, by offered player-plus-cash but Sevilla insist on paying full release clause which worth £68million.
However, the European champions still working on convinced the Spanish giants in order to get their man before the end of this month.
As for the midfield recruitment, Thomas Tuchel and club chiefs will be decided in the next few days and there’s possiblities of making a move for Saul Niguez, because of N’Golo Kante fitness issue.
The Frenchman’s injury problem continue and potential arrival of new midfielder will be huge boost for Thomas Tuchel, who will have several options to be selected in the middle of park this season.
