Arsenal Provided Injury Updates On Saka White Tierney Bellerin Partey And Gabriel Ahead Of Man City Clash

Arsenal have confirmed Bukayo Saka, Kieran Tierney Hector Bellerin, and Gabriel Magalheas are back in full training and they could be available for selection against Manchester City in the Premier League this weekend.

Saka, who was among the goalscorers in Arsenal’s 6-0 win at West Brom in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday evening, sustained knee injury problem in the second half of the game, but the Englishman is in full training and available for selection for this weekend clash against City.

Kieran Tierney, who suffering from cramps in his thigh during Sunday’s match against Chelsea and being rest for Wednesday’s match at West Bromwich Albion, now back in full training and available for selection against City.

Hector Bellerin, who missed Arsenal’s last three matches with a tight thigh, trained alongside his team-mates at London Colney on Thursday morning and could available for selection against City.

Gabriel Magalheas, who sustained an injury to his right knee whilst with the Brazilian Olympic Squad, started trained with the rest of Mikel Arteta’s men since earlier of the week and is likely to make his first appearances for Arsenal this season at Etihad stadium on Saturday evening.

Thomas Partey, who sustained an injury to ligaments in his right ankle during the friendly match against Chelsea on 1 August, will miss trip to Etihad, but the Ghanaian is aiming to be back in training with the squad next week.

Alex Runarsson, who contracted with Covid-19 early this month, is back in full training and available for selection while Ben White, who missed Arsenal’s last two games due to tested positive for Covid-19, likely to miss trip to Etihad since remains in isolation.

Arsenal also provided on Willian and Nketiah, despite pair on verge to leave the Emirates stadium before the end of this month.

The Gunners loses their first two Premier League to Brentford and Chelsea, before secured their first win of the season at The Hawthorns stadium on Wednesday evening, with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored an hat-rick.
