Arsenal are hoping to tie down forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to a new contract before the Premier League season starts next month.
According to The Mirror, Aubameyang, who helping the north Londoners won Community Shield over Premier League champions Liverpool on Saturday evening, has agreed a new £250,000-per-week deal with the Gunners in a huge boost for Mikel Arteta with the club hoping to announce the deal ahead of their season opener against Fulham.

Arsenal have reportedly considering a double swoop for Brentford winger Said Benrahma and goalkeeper David Raya.
According to The 90min.com, claims the Gunners have identified Spaniard David Raya as an ideal replacement for Emiliano Martinez, in case the Argentina leave the Emirates this summer.
