Chelsea have taking their impressive triumph over FC Porto in mid-week to Saturday’s Premier League encounter with Crystal Palace.
The Blues, who suffered home defeat to West Bromwich Albion last week, scored three goals within 29th minutes against the Eagles this evening.
Kai Havertz opened the scoring for the visitor in 8th of the game. The German playmaker set himself, jinked slightly to create the space and then rolled into the far corner with aplomb.
Two minutes later, Christian Pulisic doubled his side’s lead after good composure from Kai Havertz.
The German star collect pass from Ben Chilwell inside the box on the right, and he in turn laid off to Pulisic, who smashing high into the roof of the net.
Kurt Zouma scored brilliant header to make it 3-0 for Blues in 31st minutes of the game.
Mount swung in the dead ball from the free-kick and Zouma, who has netted so many this season, rose highest to nod in again. It was the current Chelsea centre back up against the former Chelsea centre back in Cahill, but Zouma clambered high above him.
