Hakim Ziyech’s 55th minutes lovely strike ended Manchester City’s quest for a historic quadruple of trophies and put Chelsea in spot of FA Cup finals and book a date with either Leicester City or Southampton.

The 27-year-old thinks heโ€™s given Chelsea the lead but his goal was disallowed due to Timo Werner was offside in the build-up. Meanwhile the half-time ended goalless draw.

The Blues continued to get joy down the flanks through Ben Chilwell and Reece James while N’Golo Kante was buzzing around as Blues’ driving runs continued to cut open Manchester City.

City midfielder Fernandinho somehow avoided punishment for flying into a challenge on Mason Mount โ€“ a player he had already nearly stamped on.

In second-half of the game, the Blues finally broken the deadlock as Mount played a lovely ball behind the City defence to put Werner free down the left. Back-up goalkeeper Steffen was sucked towards the ball and the forward smartly passed across for Ziyech to turn into an empty net.

The Premier League leaders unable to broken the deadlock while Christian Pulisic a lovely run with a fine finish in stoppage time, disallowed due to offside.
