Romelu Lukaku and Mason Mount lead Chelsea’s training session on Friday, as Thomas Tuchel’s men prepared for crucial clash against Leeds United.
The Blues attacking duo was among Thomas Tuchel’s squad that put through their paces at Cobham on Friday, as they prepared to host Leeds United at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon.
Lukaku, who struggled with injury problem in recent months, appeared to be back to his best shape after showcased series of impressive display in Wednesday’s 3-3 draw at Zenit.
The Belgium international, who handed his first start since returned from hamstring problem suffered against Malmo two months ago, netted a lovely goal against Russian giants on Wednesday.
Mount, on the other hand, netted a sensational goal in 3-2 defeat at West Ham last weekend, and he will hoping of help Thomas Tuchel’s men back to winning ways when lock horns with Leeds United at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues moved from top stop to third position on league standings after defeat at West Ham, but will aiming to return to winning ways this weekend.
Jorginho, Marco Alonso, Cesar Azipilicueta, Malang Sarr, Antonio Rudiger, Edouard Mendy, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Kai Havertz, Christian Pulisic, Thiago Silva, Hakim Ziyech, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ruben Loftus-Cheek were also involved in Friday’s training session.
