Back in September 26 2018, Talisman Eden Hazard produced a moment of magic for Chelsea, as he came off the bench to scored the winner against Liverpool in 2-1 victory in the League Cup at Anfield stadium.

Maurizio Sarri was in charge of London club during that time, and despite it was crucial clash against the Reds, he benched Hazard but the Belgian superstar prove his value to his team.

The attacking midfielder produced world-class performances, operating from left-wing to role No. 10, threatening Liverpool back-line since introduced in the second-half of the game.

The best was yet to come with only five minutes on the clock, as Belgium star dribbled through the Liverpool defence to produce one of the goals of the season.

Slaloming in and out of challenges as he entered the penalty area from the right wing, once he found the perfect angle, he made no mistake, as he made it a bad night for countryman Simon Mignolet in the Liverpool net. 

Hazard’s goal against Liverpool that night was one of the best of his career. Meanwhile, during his time at Stamford Bridge, he won the Uefa Europa League in his first season and the PFA Young Player of the Year in his second campaign with London club.

In the 2014/15 campaign, Hazard helped Chelsea win the League Cup and Premier League, earning him FWA Footballer of the Year and the PFA Players’ Player of the Year awards. Two years later he won his second English league title as Chelsea won the 2016/17 Premier League.

In 2018, he won the FA Cup, and was named in the FIFA FIFPro World XI. He won the Europa League again with Chelsea in June 2019, then joined Real Madrid in a transfer worth up to €150 million, winning La Liga during his injury-plagued debut season.

Hazard scored 110 goals and registered 78 assists in 349 appearances during seven years spent in west London club.
