Eddie Nketiah has showcased series of impressive display in Arsenal’s 3-0 win over AFC Wimbledon in the third round of the Carabao Cup at Emirates last night.
The Englishman, who missed his side’s last six matches due to ankle injury problem sustained against Chelsea in the Pre-season friendly match on August 1, made his first appearances for Arsenal on Wednesday evening.
Nketiah start alongside Alexandre Lacazette and Gabriel Martinelli in Gunners front-line against the Championships side. However, the forward showcased series of impressive display before produced a magnificent piece of goal.
After Lacazette and Smith-Rowe netted for Arsenal, Eddie Nketiah scored a magnificent piece of goal to make it 3-0. The club academy product converted Cedric cutback cross with a classy back-heel finish.
