Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has been delighted to have N’Golo Kante back in Cobham training session as Champions League holder continued preparations for upcoming campaign.
Kante, 30, was among nine players started pre-season training at Cobham on Saturday, following his participate at Euro 2020 with his nation France.
The energetic operator, who played a key role in Chelsea’s success of Uefa Champions League trophy, highly greeted by Thomas Tuchel on Saturday afternoon.
Kante, who established himself as one of the best central midfielders in the world, lead group to begin training session with warming up, then way at the hurdles before taken part in the cones and other series of training session.
However, after marked his return at Cobham with eye-catching display, Thomas Tuchel has been glad to have the energetic operator back in his squad and hope the tireless midfielder could help his side’s challenge Manchester City and Co. for domestic league next season.
The German coach said: ‘It was clear from the first second in training what this guy is capable of doing. It’s unbelievable. You see his intensity and in the physical report after matches, you think they maybe tracked 2 people and put them into 1 sheet.’
