Report: Chelsea Boss Tuchel Reveals His Summer Transfer Plans (See Them)

Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has admitted that he wants to strengthen his squad with ‘two or three’ additions in the summer transfer window.

The German coach want to improve his playing staff after winning the UEFA Champions League in his first six months in charge.

Blues owner, Roman Abramovich bankrolled a huge spending spree in 2020, bringing in the likes of Kai Havertz, Hakim Ziyech, Ben Chilwell, Timo Werner and Edouard Mendy.

Tuchel is hoping to chase down a number of targets, telling reporters on his recruitment plans: ‘Two or three could be very, very good.

‘It’s a constant thing to never deny change.

‘That you always bring new energy, new guys who question the old beliefs, who challenge everybody in the training and in matches, so I think it’s a good thing.’

Meanwhile, reports in recent days have suggested that the Blues ready to re-sign Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan this summer.

The Belgian international, who scoring 33 goals in helping Inter win Serie A last season, eyeing exit from the Italian club following the departure of Antonio Conte.

And report by Guardian, claim the Blues have identified Lukaku, who establish himself as one of best striker in the world of football, their top target.

Harry Kane, Erling Haaland and Robert Lewandowski are also monitoring by the European champions they’re also targeting a central midfielder and defender ahead of next season, with West Ham’s Declan Rice a long-term midfield target.
