Thomas Tuchel & co. will lock horns with their London rivals Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday evening in the Mind Series mini tournament.
The Blues, the Gunners and Tottenham Hotspur are all taking part in a mini pre-season tournament called the Mind Series.
All three capital clubs will each host a round-robin fixture at their home stadium, with funds raised to be split between mental health charity Mind and the clubs’ respective foundations.
The Blues have already kick-off the competitions in perfect ways, as they defeat Arsenal at Emirates last Sunday, with Kai Havertz and substitute Tammy Abraham on target for Thomas Tuchel’s men, who maintain 100 per cent record in their pre-season campaign.
The European champions thrashed Peterborough United 6-1 in behind closed doors friendly match at Cobham, in which Hakim Ziyech netted hat-trick while Armando Broja, Christian Pulisic and Tammy Abraham also on target.
Chelsea, then came from behind to defeat AFC Bournemouth 2-1 at the Vitality Stadium before recorded another victory over Mikel Arteta’s men on Sunday afternoon.
Following victory at Arsenal, Thomas Tuchel’s men return to Cobham on Monday morning, in which Mason Mount, Reece James, Ben Chilwell, Jorginho, Palmieri Emerson and Thiago Silva made returned to club’s training base.
Despite, the England, Italy and Brazil contingent returned to Cobham on Monday morning, and take part in major series of training session, all are expected to miss tonight clash against Tottenham Hotspur.
But Kai Havertz, who marked his first appearances for Chelsea this summer, with amazing goal, expected to be in selection alongside Kante, Werner, Rudiger, Kovacic, Zouma, Ziyech and Michy Batshuayi.
