David Levy Outline New Condition for Chelsea to Complete Harry Kane Transfer

Totteham Hotspur chairman David Levy has told both Chelsea and Manchester City to meet their asking price of £150million in order to secure the signature of Harry Kane this summer.

The Blues are in market for a new centre-forward, with boss Thomas Tuchel identifies Inter Milan’s Romelu Lukaku, Totteham’s Harry Kane and Dortmund’s Erling Haaland as his primary targets this summer.

Thomas Tuchel is huge admires of Englishman, and previously stated that is interested in working with top-class centre-forward like Kane, who recorded of 32 goals in 47 games across all competitions last season.
