Chelsea Possible Lineup Vs Arsenal Revealed As Kante Havertz Mount And Lukaku Make Starting Lineup

Thomas Tuchel & co. will take short trip to the north London to take on their local rivals Arsenal in the game-week two of the Premier League season at Emirates stadium on Sunday afternoon.

After winning the UEFA Super Cup against La-Liga outfits Villarreal, Chelsea are kick-off their new Premier League campaign in perfect ways, as they beating Crystal Palace 3-0 at Stamford Bridge last weekend.

Ahead of short trip to north London club, Thomas Tuchel has received huge boost concerning the situation of Hakim Ziyech and N’Golo Kante after pair made returned to Cobham this week.

The Blues duo missed their side’s opening Premier League campaign against Crystal Palace due to their respectively injury problem, but made returned to Cobham in the last couple of days.

Ziyech, who sustained dislocated shoulder problem against Villarreal in the UEFA Super Cup last week, expected to be ruled out of action at least two weeks, but the Moroccan international back quickly to work.

Kante, on the other hand, sustained an ankle problem against Villarreal in the UEFA Super Cup, but the Frenchman also made quickly returned, as he appeared alongside rest of Thomas Tuchel’s men at Cobham on Friday for preparations for London derby clash against Arsenal.

Romelu Lukaku, who joined the European champions from Inter Milan in a region of £98million last week, also in contention to start against Arsenal after involved in series of training session at Cobham since early of the week.

The 28-year-old powerful frontman started training session alongside his new team-mates on Tuesday, also participated in Wednesday’s, Thursday’s and Friday’s training session.

As for the centre-back unit, Trevoh Chalobah, who impresssed in his last two games for Chelsea, expected to partner Antonio Rudiger at the hearts of Chelsea defence while Andreas Christensen should be last option for the Blues in their back-three formation lineup under Thomas Tuchel.

Thiago Silva and Kurt Zouma could be back-up option for German coach while club skipper Cesar Azipilicueta and Marcos Alonso should retain their place at right-wing back and left-wing back, when they lock horns with Arsenal.

Moving on to midfield options, N’Golo Kante’s return to Cobham on Friday, means the Frenchman with pivot alongside Jorginho in the middle of park against Arsenal while Mateo Kovacic could be back-up option.

Mason Mount and Kai Havertz are expected to behind Romelu Lukaku in Chelsea front-line against Arsenal while players likes Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech and Callum Hudson-Odoi could be options for the Blues in the second half of the game.
